All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including your tracking number.

Orders placed after 2 PM PST will be processed the following business day.

During high-demand periods, processing times may extend slightly — but we’ll always keep you updated.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days — $5.99 flat rate

📦 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
You can also log into your Deadstock OC account to track your order anytime.
If you don’t receive your tracking details within 5 days, please contact us.
🚫 Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window:

Please first check your tracking details.

If still unresolved, email us at admin@deadstocksby.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll work with the shipping carrier to locate or replace your package.
Deadstock OC is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
🏠 Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to change the delivery address.
